This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for the disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30217 of 2007 dated 21.06.2019 under Contempt of Courts Act. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents have filed writ appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Page No.2 of 4

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed accordingly. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a contempt after disposal of the writ appeal. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
