When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 10.07.2024, an amount has been received by the petitioner by way of Cheque No. 026596 dated 18.07.2024, Dharmapuri District Central Co-operative Bank Limited, Kaveripattinam Branch, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri District and the amount was also encashed on 19.07.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted the acknowledgment to that effect that he has received the cheque for a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh only) and the same is also duly signed by the petitioner.
