The case was heard fully on 22.07.2016 and the same was reserved for Judgment. While being so, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has mentioned before this Court that the matter has to be posted for orders on 18.08.2016. When the matter is posted today (18.08.2016) under caption "for orders", the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the order made in E.P.No.32 of 2008 in O.S.No.63 of 2006 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Panruti. As per the order, this Court finds that the learned Subordinate Judge, Panruti has issued the sale certificate for a sum of Rs.3,01,000/- and the said suit was also closed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he has no instructions from their clients in respect of the pendency of the suit.
3.Recording the said sale certificate and submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this civil revision petition has to be dismissed. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition.
4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
