CR NO.776/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.105 of 2022 dated 06.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.R.APPASWAMEE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.105 of 2022 dated 06.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
