A.No.2079 of 2023 in C.S.No.3 of 1971 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to approve the applicant/Trust specifically created as per order of this Court in A.No.4237 of 2013 dated 13.08.2021 and permit to carryout all the activities as the implementation of the terms of the last and Will and Testament dated 09.07.1965 of Kannamma which has been duly probated by this Court by order dated 29.06.1973. 2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and the application is not opposed by the respondents, this application is allowed. The applicant shall cause paper publication in leading Tamil and English news dailies, inviting objections if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
