This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to quah the C.C.No.304 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that P.W.1 to P.W.3 have already been examined and the trial is in progress.

In view of the above submission, at this stage this petition to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.304 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District, cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
