ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Sheela Venkatesh, learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. It is submitted that sarfaesi application filed by the petitioner is now transferred to Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Chennai, renumbered as S.A.No.17 of 2021 and the next date fixed for final argument is 16.06.2023. The parties may appear before DRT-III and canvass their submissions. The DRT-III may endeavour to dispose of S.A.No.17 of 2021 expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
