IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS
DATED: 12.04.2024 Coram THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN 1.Sivagami 2.S.Sellammal ... Petitioners -VersusVipin Kumar ... Respondent Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Hosur to dispose of O.S.No.69 of 2020 within a time to be stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Ms.R.Divyapreathika
ORDER
This civil revision petition seeks a direction to dispose off O.S.No.69 of 2020 within the time limit stipulated by this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a certified copy of the 'A' diary.
3. From a perusal of the 'A' diary, it is clear that an interlocutory application is pending from the year 2020 and is yet to be disposed off. When the interlocutory application is pending and the matter is posted for issues, I do not think that it will be appropriate for me to give a direction to dispose off the suit itself. Therefore, I am directing the trial court to dispose off I.A.No.3 of 2020 on or before 30.06.2024.
4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed off. No costs.
