Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS to call for the records in No.41/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 24.03.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and produce the detenu viz., Kumar @ Waterwash Kumar, S/o.Nagaraj, aged about 31 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in No.41/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 24.03.2022, detaining her nephew as "Goonda" under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government 2/4
by its order in G.O.Rt.No.2549, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 06.05.2022 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order.
