Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 4th respondent in his Order No.E-

28014/CISF/Accts/VRS-APN/13-9564, dated 06.12.2013 and the order passed by the 5th respondent No.E-28014/NDRF(A)/Accts/VRS/14-226, dated 09.01.2014 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from 30.11.2013 as per the application submitted by the petitioner on 30.08.2013. O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to quash the orders passed by the 4th respondent in Proceedings No.E28014/CISF/Accts/VRS-APN/13-9564, dated 06.12.2013 and the orders passed by the 5th respondent in Proceedings No.E28014/NDRF(A)/Accts/VRS/14-226, dated 09.01.2014 and for a consequential direction to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service on 30.11.2013 as per the application submitted by the writ petitioner for retirement on 30.08.2013.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced an order, issued by the Deputy Inspector General, Central Industrial Security Force(CISF), South Zone Head Quarters, Chennai, dated 25th March 2015, stating that the writ petitioner was allowed to retire from service with effect from 10.03.2015.

3. Thus, no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
