Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to dispose of the I.A.No.456 of 2013 in O.S.No.148 of 1991 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Vridhachalam, at an early date. For Petitioner : Mr.T.Gandhi

O R D E R

The petitioners have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Subordinate Court, Vridhachalam, to dispose of the Impleading Application in I.A.No.456 of 2013 in O.S.No.148 of 1991, within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the impleading application filed by the petitioners in I.A.No.456 of 2013 is pending for more than 2 years. Further, the learned counsel submitted that in view of the long pendency of the application the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Subordinate

Court, Vridhachalam, to dispose of the application in I.A.No.456 of 2013 in O.S.No.148 of 1991, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the suit is pending from 1991, I direct the Subordinate Court, Vridhachalam, to dispose of the final decree application in I.A.No.455 of 2013 in O.S.No.148 of 1991, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order this order. With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
