ORDER

It is reported on behalf of the contemnor that pursuant to the High Court direction, the parties concerned have been instructed not to conduct any cattle shandy and no permission is granted to conduct cattle shandy in the disputed land.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the 6th respondent is still conducting the cattle shandy. If it is so, it is open to the petitioner herein to file relevant proofs and documents regarding violation of the order passed by the Block Development Officer, Pollachi (North) vide proceedings dated 26.04.2019 and revive the contempt petition.
