The learned counsel on either side submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of Court and entered into joint memorandum of compromise dated 18.12.2015. The learned counsel also produced the joint memorandum of compromise signed by the parties and their respective counsels.

2.In view of the memorandum of compromise entered into betweent he parties, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise. The terms of the compromise shall form part of the decree passed in the Civil Revision Petition. No costs.
