The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to directing the respondents herein based on the representation dated 26.03.2019 to give Police Protection to petitioner he is one of the hereditary turn trustee in the Wakf of Hazrath Syed Moosa Sha Khaderi (RA) Dargah for a turn period from 1st April to 15th April for the corresponding period in the subsequent year. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.It seems that the petitioner along with the counter party there is a dispute of hereditary turn trustee in the Wakf of Hazrath Syed Moosa Sha Khaderi (RA) Dargah for a turn period from 1st April to 15th April, in which the petitioner also filed a suit in O.S.No.2029 of 2018 on the file of the I Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in which he also filed an interim injunction in I.A.No.5441 of 2018, injunction also granted in favour of the petitioner. In this regard, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 26.03.2019 for seeking police protection. The second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner after conducting due enquiry with the counter party in view of the Civil Court order granted in favour of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits in accordance with law.
3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
