ORDER

S.VAIDYANATHAN, J., A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed an application before the second respondent seeking leave of his son to attend his husband while he was ailing. During the pendency of the petition, the petitioner's husband passed away and the petitioner's son was earlier granted permission to attend the final rites of his father. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
