ORDER

Heard Mr.V.Sivalingam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sasikumar, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. The limited relief that is prayed for in the writ petition is that the petitioner has suffered an award in A.R.C.No. 98 of 2023 and has filed an appeal in No. 7915265/G/2024 before the first respondent and he prays for a direction to dispose of the appeal.

3. In view thereof, this writ petition is allowed on the following terms:- The first respondent shall dispose of the appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs. 01.04.2025 nsl To 1.
