Alleging that the order of this Court dated 20.10.2016 passed in WP.No.13596 of 2015 has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 20.10.2016 has been complied with. The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 08/02/2018 in Na.Ka.No.233/A3/2017 issued by the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Tiruvannamalai to that effect. 3.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
