Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the Respondents, relating to the Impugned Order of the 2nd Respondent in Proceeding Na.Ka.No.54264/06/S1, dated 26.03.2008, which was passed pursuant to the letter of the 1st Respondent in Letter No.15800/Na.Pa.1/07-5, dated 31.12.2007 and quash the same.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the Respondents, relating to the Impugned Order of the 2nd Respondent in Proceeding Na.Ka.No.54264/06/S1, dated 26.03.2008, which was passed pursuant to the letter of the 1st Respondent in Letter No.15800/Na.Pa.1/07-5, dated 31.12.2007 and to quash the same.

2. Mr.S.Gajendra Raja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
