This petition is filed to condone the delay of 160 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant/Insurance Company has filed an appeal with regard to quantum of compensation alone.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 160 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
