PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to release the Tractor with Trailer bearing UnRegistration Chassis No.T2225198, Engine No.E2228642 which was seized by the 2nd respondent on 22.10.2014 and thereby consider the representations dated 05.10.2016 and 23.07.2018. By consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to release the Tractor with Trailer bearing UnRegistration Chassis No.T2225198, Engine No.E2228642 which was seized by the 2nd respondent on 22.10.2014 by considering the representations dated 05.10.2016 and 23.07.2018. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representations made by the petitioner dated 05.10.2016 and 23.07.2018 would be considered on merits, within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations of the petitioner dated 05.10.2016 and 23.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
