ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 22.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6138 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to join in the post of Skilled Assistant Grade-II forthwith. Further directed to take steps to sanction all the posts of Skilled Assistant Grade-II by getting necessary ratification from the government. 2.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court dated 22.07.2024, the respondents filed a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1547 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court stayed the order passed by this Court by an order dated 13.06.2025.

Considering the above submission, no contempt is made out as against the respondents and the Contempt Petition stands closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeal.
