Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the First Information Report on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.02.2015, he has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.2.2015, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the respondent police. The respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
