ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's representation for issuance of house site patta in Old Survey No.268/1, New S.No.457/11 in Keelmuthalambedu Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 27.11.2020 to the second respondent seeking house site patta in Old Survey No.268/1, New S.No.457/11 in Keelmuthalambedu Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District. Thereafter, she has made representation to various authorities. But, so far no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, and the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2020 is pending with the second respondent/Tahsildar, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as other affected parties, if any, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
