This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6200 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditons regularly. 3.Considering the said submissions, the Conditon imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. On every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 18/06/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
