ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 22.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6130 of 2024, thereby directing the second respondent to permit the petitioner to join the post of Skilled Assistant Grade-II, and further directing the first respondent to sanction all the posts of Skilled Assistant Grade-II after obtaining necessary ratification from the Government. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the second respondent that as against the order dated 22.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.6130 of 2024, the respondents filed batch of writ appeals in W.A.Nos.1547 to 1550 of 2025, in which, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has also granted an interim stay on 13.06.2025. 3.

In view of the fact that the batch of writ appeals have already been filed by the respondents as against the order dated 22.07.2024 in W.P.No.6130 of 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge, wherein, interim

stay was granted, no further order is required in this Contempt Petition. 4.

However, it is made clear that subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeals, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition. 5.
