ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) Pursuant to the missing of the petitioner's minor daughter viz., Pavithra, aged about 16 years, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. Earlier, a complaint was lodged by the petitioner which came to be registered in Crime No.87 of 2024 under Section 366 (A) IPC.
2. In consequence to the notice issued by this Court, the first respondent herein had produced the petitioner's minor daughter before us. We had interacted with the minor girl who expressed that she now intends to
reconcile with her father, and her father is also willing to take care of his daughter under his custody.
3.Thus, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and hence no further order are required.
