ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 13.05.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sriperumbudur and no proof is attached for being sent the complaint. The petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a complaint to the concerned Station House Officer and on such complaint being filed, the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station House Officer shall conduct enquiry on the complaint and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
