Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent herein particularly the 1st respondent herein viz. the Inspector of Police, Maharajakadai Police Station, Krishnagiri Taluk & District not to harass him and his family members unnecessarily on the basis of the false and frivolous complaint given against him by any one in future. ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police, particularly the 1st respondent herein, not to harass him and his family members unnecessarily on the basis of the false and frivolous complaint given against him by any one in future.
2. This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by one Vijayalakshmi, petition enquiry is being conducted. In my considered opinion, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the first respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondent for interrogation and enquiry.
4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
