Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the third respondent comprised in the demand Notice No.PCCA / TN / LF - I / ISP - C / 2013 -14 / ABT - CBE/8768 dated 14.05.2020 and quash the same as contrary to law, illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, violation of the principles of natural justice.

For Petitioner : Mr.Sathish Parasaran Senior Counsel for M/s.Subhang P.Nair For Respondents : Mr.M.Karthikeyan Central Government Standing Counsel C O M M O N O R D E R The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited before the Registrar General, High Court of Madras and an endorsement to that effect has also been made in the petition.

2.The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents raise no serious objection for the petitioner withdrawing the amount deposited before the Registrar General, High Court of Madras.

3.In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited before the Registrar General, High Court of Madras. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
