Challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee dated 26.09.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.3662 of 2014 in C.C.No.80 of 2009 allowing the petition for recall of P.W.1, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner herein.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that after the recall of P.W.1 in the year 2014, all further proceedings have been completed and at this point of time, the prayer of the petitioner to quash the impugned proceedings, does not survive.

3.Since all further proceedings have been completed subsequent to the recall of the evidence of P.W.1, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition for adjudication and hence, recording the above submission made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
