This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner for the land comprised in Survey No.77/1 measuring an extent of 0.43.0 and 77/3 an extent of 0.48.0 hectares situated at Venkatesapuram Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering his representation dated 24.02.2023. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that originally the patta stands in the name of the petitioner's father was cancelled without any notice. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 24.02.2023 and the same has not been considered by the respondents. 3.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation sent by the petitioner has not reached the office of the respondents and if a fresh representation is given, the same will be considered by the respondents. 4.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall give a fresh representation to the respondents by mentioning the correct survey number within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 2/4

and on such representation being given, the respondents shall consider and pass orders on the same within a period of one month thereafter. 5.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
