Respondents No.497/498, 5 This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mrs.Ramya V.Rao, the learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr.R.V.Sivaraj, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:

COMMON TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The Appellant Dinesh filed M.C.O.P.No.3285 of 2014 claiming award amount of Rs.50,00,000/-. The trial Court passed an award of Rs.5,01,563/- with interest and costs. Aggrieved by the above award passed by the trial Court, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Hon'ble High Court.

2. Both the parties having initiated negotiation successfully arrived at a settlement of all the issues arisen in this case as follows: nd respondent, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co., Ltd has

3. The 2 agreed to pay an additional sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in full quit in additional to the sum of Rs.5,01,563/- that has been awarded by the trial Court. It is submitted by both the parties that the above sum of Rs.5,01,563/- nd respondent to the awarded by the trial Court was already paid by the 2 Appellant herein. The Appellant also agreed to receive the remaining amount of Rs.4,00,000/- in full quit within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed by the lok adalat.

4. Both the parties made a formal request to the lok adalat to pass an award in terms of above settlement.

5. As a result, award is passed hereby in terms of the above terms nd respondent, Bajaj Allianz arrived at between the parties directing the 2 General Insurance Co., Ltd to pay an additional sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in full quit and the above sum of Rs.5,01,563/- awarded by the trial court paid already to the appellant.

6. Consequently, the appeal stands disposed of. The court fee paid by the appellant to be refunded.
