ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue computer generated patta, pursuant to the order dated 24.08.2017 made in Mu.Mu.9725/2016/Aa1.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.10.2017 to the third respondent, to comply with the direction dated 24.08.2017 made in Mu.Mu.9725/2016/Aa1, for issuance of computer generated patta, which came to be issued pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.08.2007 in W.P.Nos.48726 of 2006 etc., batch,. Finding no response on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that by a letter dated 27.08.2018 the respondents were intimated to send their written instructions, since the matter is kept pending from the year 2017. However, they have not responded to the same.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2017, pursuant to the order dated 24.08.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
