Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2022 for deletion of the name of the fourth respondent in the joint Patta no.1142 for the lands comprised in Survey No.222/1 for an extent of 0.45.50 Hectares and 238 measuring an extent of 1.41.0 Hectares respectively situated at Thandukaranahalli Post and Village, Palakodu Taluk, Dharmapuri District.
