ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.01.2015, investigate the same and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, he has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the dispute is essentially between a Contractor and the owner of the building in connection with the construction work. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be given to conduct investigation. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
