This petition is filed to delete the name of the petitioner/4th respondent namely The District Employment Officer, Employment Office, Thirupathur District from the cause title of W.P.No.1240 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either sides and perused the records.

3. Since a direction is sought for against the third respondent, the fourth respondent is not a necessary party to this writ petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
