This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.11.2014 and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 17.11.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.385 of 2014 was conducted and the same was closed on 02.02.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
