2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 15.04.2021, the 2nd and 5 paragraphs of the order shall stand substituted as follows: ''2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the transaction was made in the year 1996. The complaint was lodged in the year 2013 and the same was registered in the year 2014. Till date, no action was taken against the petitioners. Therefore, he seeks liberty to the petitioners to place all the relevant materials before the Law Enforcing Agency.
