2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the order impugned in the writ petition has been withdrawn by the third respondent, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.283/B1/CV/2020, dated 23.06.2020.

3.In view of the above submission, recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
