Mr.R.Ramasubramanian Raja, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the applicant and Mr.S.Mohana Sundararajan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent were present today, before this Court. 2.Learned counsel appearing for their respective parties submitted in unison that all the proceedings before the learned Arbitrator has been completed and it is for the learned Arbitrator to pass an Award of the proceedings. Since, the time granted by this Court had expired, the present Application has been taken up to extend the time period for the learned Arbitrator to pass the Award.
