ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.4137 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018, came forward to file the present contempt petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr. S.Thanka Sivan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate for respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order and direction issued by this Court has been complied with and G.O.(Ms)No.243, Revenue and Disaster Management [ULC-I(2)] Department, dated 18.07.2019 has been issued in favour of the petitioner and copy of the Government order has been placed before this Court and also handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the order has been complied with.

5. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed.
