For Petitioner : Mr.R.Y.George Williams (in both CRPs) C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the above Civil Revision Petitions to direct the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the Original Petitions in O.P.Nos.2904 & 2829 of 2013 within the stipulated time.

2.The petitioner filed the Original Petition in O.P.No.2829 of 2012 for

divorce on the ground of cruelty. The respondent filed the Original Petition in O.P.No.2904 of 2013 for restitution of conjugal rights. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the Original Petitions are pending for a long time, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petitions, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the I Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the Original Petitions in O.P.Nos.2829 of 2012 & 2904 of 2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
