ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider eligible leave taken by the petitioner from 1/4

02.11.2013 to 12.11.2013, 20.11.2013 to 05.02.2014, 01.12.2014 to 05.01.2015, 12.12.2016 to 06.07.2017, 05.03.2018 to 16.05.2018 and 03.11.2020 to 02.12.2020 as under eligible category which was withheld and to consequently direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2021.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2021 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
