These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order, dated 16.11.2017 made in I.A.No.127 and 128 of 2017 in O.S.No.3751 of 2012 on the file of the XIX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

***** COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a memo has been filed before the court below stating that the learned counsel for the first defendant has undertaken that he would not precipitate the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the memo wherein it is stated that the learned Judge observed that "there is no stay by the High Court and the case is reserved for judgment, which shall be delivered on 19.2.2018.

2 Today, the counsel on record for the respondent submitted that he has not received any memo from the counsel for the petitioner and therefore, counsel for the respondent has not placed the undertaking made before this Court before the court below. The learned counsel for the respondent further submitted that judgment was delivered on 19.2.2018. Therefore, nothing survives in the Civil revision petition. 3 By recording the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, both the Civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the parties to raise objections raised in the Civil revision petition before the appellate Court. No costs.
