(CR.NO.50 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners to appear before the respondent police dalily at 10.30am and 5.00 pm daily until further orders in Crl.OP.7428/2022 on 04.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MADHUSUNDANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7428 of 2022 by an order dated 04.04.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is yet to be completed and hence the petition for relaxation may be modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m and 6.00 p.m is modified to the effect that the petitioners should report before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
