The Contempt petition is filed against the respondents seeking implementation of the order passed by this Court dated 06.07.2015 passed in W.P.No.19755 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents/state filed a writ appeal No.490 of 2016 and the Honourable Division Bench granted stay of the order passed in the writ petition cited supra. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication in this contempt petition at this stage is required.
