ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.02.2024 and 19.03.2024.

2. Since no adverse order has been passed against the 3rd respondent, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, based on the complaints given by the petitioner, suitable action will be taken by the respondent police in accordance with law, within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry and the respondent shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353. On completion of the enquiry, the 2nd respondent police shall take a decision regarding the further course of action. This Page No.2 of 4

process shall be completed by the 2nd respondent police within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
