By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that she purchased the agricultural land in wet Survey No.193/1A to an extent of 0.79 cents, situated at No.102, Poipakkam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District for a valuable consideration on 16.07.2003. Though the document was duly executed and presented for registration before the second respondent and was registered as document No.1741/2003, the same was not given to the petitioner.
Therefore, she made a representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
14.12.2015, requesting the respondents to return the sale deed. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
4.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
