PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the order in C.M.P.No.1 of 2019 in S.C.No.302 of 2016 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem, Salem District and set aside the same.

O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the order in C.M.P.No.1 of 2019 in S.C.No.302 of 2016 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem, Salem District and set aside the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the P.W.1 and P.W.2 were examined in chief on 16.02.2017 and on the same day they were cross examined and on 14.02.2019 the Investigation Officer was also examined as P.W.13 and cross examination also over. After period of two years the present petition has been filed to re-call P.W.1 and P.W.2. It is nothing, but only to drag the proceedings the petition has been filed to re-call P.W.1 and P.W.2 for cross https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

examination. Therefore, this Court finds no merits in this petition and orders passed by the trial Court warrants no interference by this Court.

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
