ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to dispose of the revision petition dated 16.10.2024 filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order passed by the 2 nd respondent dated 15.03.2024.

Heard Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and taking note of the fact that the revision filed by the petitioner has been received by the 1 st respondent and summons has also been issued for enquiry, there shall be a

direction to the 1 st respondent to pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the 4 th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
